Daily Rates (3 night minimum)

Payment
• $75 cleaning fee + 15% tax not included
• cash and e-transfer (sorry, no credit cards)
Deposit
• 50% deposit required upon booking
• full refund within 14 days of your booking
• cancellations within 13 days or less are non-refundable
Policies
• no smoking
• check-in after 3PM
• check-out before 11AM
• quiet-time 11PM – 7AM (including fire pit area)
• pets generally permitted upon request (extra charges will apply)
Fire Pit
• firewood provided for a fee
The hosts of Shadow Mountain are welcoming and friendly, and made us feel comfortable staying on their property. The whole place is lovely and lacks nothing. After a day of golf, we hit the hot springs. We then had a late BBQ dinner and drank a glass of wine on the deck and took in an amazing sunset.
